Gentelmen, here is a small installment of my clock build. I have finished the shellacing with about 12 to 15 coats. The grain is not completely filled but it looks good despite it. I don’t think I’m going to coat it any more as the finish dosen’t seem to be improving.

Here’s the hood with the unfinished face taped inside it to see how it will look.
